All users are limited to one account.

Paywho adopts bank-level security protections and the most stringent data confidentiality measures to keep your account details safe.

As per MAS regulations, identity verification is required if you wish to increase your wallet’s spending and holding limits. After verifying, you will also be able to access more functions such as remittance.

In your Paywho App, click the More button and you can change your details under "Your Account" section.

Payment can be made by by scanning the QR code with your Paywho App at our partner merchants. Alternatively, you can transfer money to your friend by using the Pay function, please note that your friend must be a registered Paywho user to receive the funds.

In your Paywho App, you can send money to anyone in your contact list using the Pay function or receive money using the Request function. In the event that they are not a registered user, you may refer them to start enjoying the convenience of e-money and earn some rewards together!

Yes, as Paywho is regulated under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), there will be some limits imposed to control risks.

We will process your transaction as soon as we have received your payment. However, it might take up to 2 working days for your bank to process the transfer. Contact us if you need any support to track where your money is.

We try to do better than that. The mid-market rate does not always provide the best exchange rate for you. Through our strong relationship in the industry, we provide you with an even better value.

You can send money from Europe and Singapore.

You can send money to the following countries.
Asia – China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Nepal, Singapore.
Africa – Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar, Benin, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Lesotho, Malawi, Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, Zambia.
Europe – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Oceania – Australia.

We would need more information on some transfers. We will send you notifications, email and contact you on first notice.

You have provided us with inaccurate information.
In the event where we received inaccurate information from you regarding your recipient’s details, your payment would likely be rejected by your bank. The money would be returned to us and we will contact you to check if you would like to edit the information or cancel the transaction.

Will my money be refunded if I accidentally provide the wrong banking information?
It is possible to cancel the transaction when it is still pending, we are checking the payment and when we are processing the transaction. The full amount will be returned to your bank account and you can use the correct information to set up another transaction.
